iDC’s extensive experience in customs support enables us to bring tremendous advantages for our customers, both financially and related to regulations. 

In addition to our bonded warehouse and yard space, we can leverage Free Trade Zone (FTZ) warehousing. This ensures that goods may be held without duty payment until sold. Lack of duties on FTZ merchandise helps our customers improve their cash flow and move goods across the country with no incremental costs accrued.  

There is also an enhanced security benefit that comes with utilizing an FTZ related to the internal controls requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (Section 404) and the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT). Participating in both results in increased internal and external security enhancements.
